How do I pay?Once Elite Sky Tourism's team finalizes your booking request, you will receive a link to view an invoice via email. Click the invoice link and review the invoice, carefully noting the scheduled date, time, activities, number of adults and children and also be sure to read through the terms and conditions. Once you are satisfied everything is accurate, you will click the "Pay Now" button and be directed to our encrypted and secure payment processing where you may use most any major credit card or PayPal. You'll complete the checkout process and will receive an email receipt. Elite Sky Tourism, upon completion of payment, will send you booking confirmation and everything you need to enjoy your selected activities or tour packages. We will be your travel partners, keeping you informed.

Are the prices shown with or without tax?With. That is, all of our pricing is the net or total amount you will pay. This means it already includes the standard 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) and any other taxes or fees that may apply. Not all companies show their pricing this way, so be careful when shopping, check if tax is included in the offer.

What currency is used in Dubai?The official currency is the United Arab Emirates Dirham (AED). Most places in Dubai also accept credit cards, and there are plenty of ATMs for cash withdrawals.

Will I pay for my booking in United States Dollars (USD) or in Arab Emirate Dirhams (AED)?The invoice you receive will be in USD and when you pay, your receipt and debit amount will also be shown in USD. Once you arrive in Dubai or anywhere in the UAE, all of your personal transactions will be in AED and subject to conversion when paying by credit card. It's prudent to convert some USD cash to AED ahead of time so that you'll easily be able to buy snacks or pay taxi fare, whatever might come up.

What are E-Gates?Swift, automated electronic entry gate that scans your passport and allows entry. For American travelers arriving at DXB Terminal 3 with Biometric Passports, otherwise known as machine readable passports, you can simply walk up to the E-Gate, scan your passport, and you'll be granted an automatic 30 Day visa on arrival status in an electronic file that is generated with your passport info. No stamp in your passport, but also no lines and no fuss.

What goods are exempted from customs duties?The following permitted items are exempted from customs duties and will be allowed entry: Gifts accompanied by the passengers and whose value does not exceed AED 3000. A total number of 200 cigarettes, or 50 cigars, or 500 grams of tobacco (minced or pressed for pipes) or minced/pressed tobacco for smoking, tumbâk (pure tobacco) or hookah molasses. Customs duties will be imposed on excess quantities. Alcoholic beverages not exceeding 4 litres or 2 cartons of beer, each consisting of 24 cans not exceeding 355 ml for each can and the excess quantity will be confiscated. Electronic cigarettes and electronic hookahs, electric heating devices for cigarette rolls, and similar personal electrical devices for smoking, and packages of liquids or gels containing nicotine, and cartridges containing nicotine that are not reusable), provided that they are of a personal nature. To be decided by the Customs Inspector. I heard you can leave your wallet out and no one will take it. Is that true?It would be very foolish to test that statement. However, rules regarding personal property are strict and enforced. Even accidental possession of someone else's property can be be problematic. Therefore, it's best to simply leave items where you found them. There is a large force of security personnel continuously patrolling, they will know what to do with abandoned property.
