• Date and Time slots requested are subject to availability 

• All bookings for this attraction, once paid, are non-refundable

• Force Majeure event - Should whether, extreme conditions or any other natural cause force closure of the attraction, tickets will be refunded 100% less a 6% processing fee

How to Redeem

• After Elite Sky Tourism confirms availability and payment is received you'll receive your ticket via email.

• Present it at the ticket counter at the base of the wheel to scan and exchange for physical tickets.

• A valid photo ID or passport must be displayed at the entrance.

• The booking confirmation is only valid for the selected date and time.

• There will be no refund for unused or partially used services.

• Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

• Tripods and/or professional photography equipments are not allowed..

• There isn't a strict dress code, modesty is encouraged.

• The service provider is not responsible if any component of an attraction is non-operational due to technical reasons.

• Guests are prohibited from bringing outside food and drinks.
