• Fill out and send us the booking request form with the date and time desired to secure your tickets.

• Date and Time slots requested are subject to availability.  

• Bookings for this attraction, are refundable with minimum cancellation notice of 24hrs.

How to Redeem

• Please check your mailbox and download the ticket.

• Present it at the venue or turnstile for scanning.

• Once scanned, you can enter the Venue.

Important Information

• Please bring a valid Photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.

• Shared transfers are only provided from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina).

• The timings for transfers may vary, depending on traffic conditions and your location.

• Animals or pets, toys, and sharp tools are not allowed at the Dubai Frame.

• Food and beverage will not be permitted at the Dubai Frame.

• Please wear respectful attire.

• Please avoid touching Items displayed in exhibitions.

• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.

• Children under the age of three and people of determination with 2 companions will have free access to the Dubai Frame.

• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside the vehicle during any tour that includes transfer services.
