Transportation services may be provided to the Dubai mall from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)
Check with your hotel concierge if transport is available
Children between 100cm and 120cm must be accompanied by an adult at all times and will be given a complimentary helmet for their safety. Children under 100cm are not allowed
For safety reasons, long dresses, national attire, or trailing clothing are not allowed during ice skating
Guests are required to wear comfortable warm clothing, thick socks and gloves
Pregnant ladies, people with any physical injury are not allowed for this activity
Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited on the ice or inside the vehicles during transport
