Children of height 100cm and above yet below 120cm must be accompanied by an adult

How to Redeem

• After Elite Sky Tourism confirms availability and payment is received you'll receive your ticket via email.

• Present it at the ticket counter of the ice rink.

Important Information

• Please ensure you carry a valid ID or passport with you

• Transportation services may be provided to the Dubai mall from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)

• Check with your hotel concierge if transport is available

• Children between 100cm and 120cm must be accompanied by an adult at all times and will be given a complimentary helmet for their safety. Children under 100cm are not allowed

• For safety reasons, long dresses, national attire, or trailing clothing are not allowed during ice skating

• Guests are required to wear comfortable warm clothing, thick socks and gloves

• Pregnant ladies, people with any physical injury are not allowed for this activity

• Eating, drinking, and smoking are strictly prohibited on the ice or inside the vehicles during transport
