How to Redeem

• After Elite Sky Tourism confirms availability and payment is received you'll receive your ticket voucher via email.

• Present it at the ticket counter in the Burj Al Arab Ticketing Lounge

Important Information

• Access to the Burj Al Arab is through the Jumeirah beach hotel and doors open at 9:30 @ Jumeirah Beach Hotel - IBAA Ticketing Lounge.

• Arrive 15 minutes before the experience starts.

• Photography is not allowed in the main Atrium and in the first floor.

• Those aged 16 and under must be accompanied by an adult aged 21+.

• Children 0 - 3 years of age are free and will receive a complimentary ticket from Jumeirah Beach Hotel Ticketing Lounge, Proof of age may be required.

• Shorts, T-shirts, flip-flops, open and running, gym, tennis, basketball shoes, etc. are not allowed.

• Our terms and conditions prohibit eating, drinking, and smoking inside vehicles.
