General Admission pass is for all visitors 4yrs and and above or height above 1.05m

Children under 4yrs and height under 1.05m, free of charge

*General Park ticket is required to access the Kids Zone

• All bookings/tickets for this attraction are non-refundable

• Sun - Thur: 12 noon to 10 pm

• Fri - Sat: 12 noon to 11 pm

How to Redeem

• After Elite Sky Tourism confirms availability and payment is received you'll receive your ticket via email

• Scan the ticket at the counter to receive a wristband in return

Important Information

• Transportation services may be available from centrally located hotels and residences in Dubai city. (Deira, Bur Dubai, Sheikh Zayed, Marina)

• Check with the hotel concierge if transport service is available (service not included in ticket price)

• Attraction queues will close 30 minutes before park closing time

• Children must always be accompanied by an Adult or a Guardian during the visit

• Wheelchairs are available on a first-to-come-serve basis

• Admission free for the children below 1.05m height

• Smoking & drinking is strictly prohibited in the park

• Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the park

• Eating, drinking, and/or smoking is prohibited in transfer vehicles
