Tour Highlights and Package Inclusions:

Hotel Pickup and Drop Off Service - Don't worry about how you'll get there, outfitted 4x4 vehicles will pick you up at your hotel from anywhere in Dubai City and it's metropolitan area. You have four basic options to choose from and your may add on Quad ATV Experience to enhance your safari experience - see pricing table below for the base price of each of the following options.

All options will include the following: 

• Transportation - Pickup/drop-off service from Hotel

• Dune Bashing - 30 minutes of thrilling dune bashing in a 4x4 Land Cruiser. Our licensed drivers ensure a safe yet exhilarating ride over the golden sands 

• Sand Boarding and Play Time in the Sand- You'll have ample time to enjoy the sand, soak in the incredible desert scenery, and capture epic photos as the sun sets in the background.

• Cultural Shows - Short Camel Ride, Fire shows, Whirling Dervish, and Belly Dancing to name a few. Experience UAE heritage first hand.

• BBQ dinner - Under the starlit sky, this meal is designed to provide authentic local flavors.

Option 1: Sunset Safari - Shared Vehicle - Guests will be picked up at their hotels and will ride share with groups from other locations to the safari site

Option 2: Sunset Safari - Private Vehicle - Guests will be picked up at their hotels in an exclusive, private vehicle and taken directly to the safari site.

Option 3: VIP Sunset Safari - Shared Vehicle - Guests will be picked up at their hotels and will ride share with groups from other locations to the safari site plus VIP BBQ dinner - guests with VIP designation enjoy priority service (first in line) along with additional delectable choices to the standard offering. 

Option 4: VIP Sunset Safari - VIP Private Vehicle - Guests will be picked up at their hotels in an exclusive,  vehicle and taken directly to the safari site.  Additionally, you'll receive the VIP BBQ dinner - guests with VIP designation enjoy priority service (first in line) along with additional delectable choices to the standard offering.

Pricing Details: Price per person varies based on vehicle type (Shared vs. Private) and priority level (Standard vs. VIP).

• Shared Options (1 and 3): A fixed per-person rate applies. Travelers share transportation with other groups, with pickups from hotel/residence locations within the Dubai Metropolis.

• Private Options (2 and 4): These use exclusive, private vehicles. Per-person pricing depends on passenger count.

• VIP Experience: VIP option includes upgraded dinner service with priority seating, enhanced menu choices, and dedicated attention.

• Quad ATV Experience: $39.99 (AED147) per person (16yrs+ drivers only)

• All prices are subject to availability and may change without notice.

• Children under 4 yrs of age not allowed.

Safari Package Safety Advisory

1. Children under 4yrs old, pregnant women, people with prior neck/back/head injuries, or people with heart conditions are not allowed to participate in the Dune Bashing portion of this Package.

2. What is "Dune Bashing"? Answer: Riding in a 4x4 Toyota Land Cruiser at high speeds on tall sand dunes taking fast turns while hitting bumps, humps, ruts, or pits in the sand.  Many enjoy the excitement but the ride jostles, shakes, bounces, bends and stresses the body with the potential to cause motion sickness.  Selecting this Package is entirely at your own risk and anyone who is uncertain is advised not to.

What's Not Included

• Travel insurance (recommended).

• Optional experiences such as ATV/Quad rental, Professional photography, etc

• Personal expenses and gratuities (tipping optional, 5-10%)

Itinerary

Your adventure begins with a convenient pick-up from your hotel in Dubai in a comfortable 4x4 vehicle. Our professional driver will greet you and provide a brief overview of the exciting evening ahead.

3:30pm – 5:30pm - Drive to ATV Camp, Desert & Dune Bashing

Enjoy a scenic 30-45 minute drive out of the city stopping off at an ATV (Quads) camp where, for extra cost, you may do a little 4-wheeling of your own (optional). Then, its off to the Red Dunes - buckle up for 30 minutes of thrilling dune bashing in a 4x4 Land Cruiser. Our licensed drivers ensure a safe yet exhilarating ride over the golden sands. Try your hand at sand boarding or simply enjoy the desert scenary, capturing epic photos as the sun begins to set in the background.

5:30pm – 6:00pm - Arrival at Desert Camp & Cultural Activities",

Arrive at our traditional Bedouin-style camp, where you’ll be welcomed with Arabic coffee and dates. Spend 30 minutes exploring cultural activities: take a short camel ride, get a henna tattoo, try shisha (water pipe), or dress in traditional Emirati attire for a photo op.

6:00pm – 8:30pm -  BBQ Dinner & Live Entertainment

Settle into the camp for a 3-hour evening of relaxation and entertainment. Enjoy a delicious BBQ buffet dinner with both vegetarian and non-vegetarian options, featuring grilled meats, salads, and desserts. As you dine, watch live performances including a mesmerizing belly dance, a traditional Tanoura dance, and a thrilling fire show. Gaze at the starry desert sky and soak in the serene ambiance.

8:30pm – 9:00pm - Return to Hotel

After an unforgettable evening, hop back into your 4x4 for a 30-minute drive back to your hotel in Dubai, arriving around 9:00pm.  (Timings may vary due to traffic and season)

Practical Information for Travelers

• Always purchase travel insurance when traveling abroad. 

• Passports should have expiration dates greater than six months from arrival date.

• Summer Weather: Sunny and hot (95-120°F, June-August); pack sunscreen, light summer clothing.

• Winter Weather: Sunny and perfect (65-95°F, September-May); pack sunscreen, casual clothing.  Bring a light jacket from November-February.

• Safety: Dubai and Abu Dhabi are very safe for all travelers to visit.

• Currency = Arab Emirates Dirham (AED).  USD easily converted  (1 AED = $0.27); most credit cards widely accepted.

• Cultural Tips: 

• When visiting the Grand Mosque, cultural sites, or government buildings, men and women both should dress modestly, covering the shoulders, arms and legs. 

• Tipping service personnel such as restaurant servers, hotel concierge, bus and taxi drivers is optional (5-10%).
