We provide a safety vest before you start your ride, along with a brief training session on jet car operation. After receiving instructions on safety and equipment handling, you are free to ride and enjoy the breathtaking scenery and thrilling water experience.
All guests are required to abide by all safety instructions to include wearing a life vest for the duration of the tour and/or anytime on the water

Instructor
Guidance: Our experienced instructor will accompany you on the jet car excursion, guiding you along the designated route and ensuring your safety throughout the experience.
Comprehensive Safety Briefing: Before you begin, our instructor will conduct a thorough safety briefing, covering all essential safety measures.
Jet Car Operation Training: The instructor will provide detailed instructions on how to operate the jet car, ensuring you feel confident and prepared before setting off.
Customer Requirements
The minimum age for jet car riding is 18 years; however, passengers aged 6 years and older can ride as passengers.
Customers are required to bring their original passport and Emirates ID.
Travelers with the following health conditions are not permitted:
Pregnant women
Individuals with heart conditions not cleared by their doctor
Individuals with back, neck, and/or head injuries
Terms and Conditions for Water Sports
Introduction
By booking any service or activity, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are legally binding, and your participation in any of our activities indicates your full acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates (UAE), and any legal claims or disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the UAE courts.
Physical Conditions and Assumption of Risk
Customer Responsibility: All activities are undertaken at the customer’s own risk. It is your responsibility to assess your fitness and ability to participate in any activity offered.
Restrictions: We deny participation for:
Pregnant women
Individuals with spine-related issues (back, neck, head injury), heart disease, or other serious medical conditions.
Individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs
Liability Waiver: Xtreme Water Sports is not liable for any personal injury, loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the course of the activity
Safety Requirements
Lifejackets: The use of lifejackets is mandatory for all participants in water sports activities.
Liability for Personal Effects: We are not responsible for any personal effects that are damaged, lost, or stolen during any of our activities. Please leave valuable items at home or in a secure location.
Behavioral Requirements
Code of Conduct: All participants are required to maintain proper behavior during activities. Failure to comply will result in immediate expulsion from the activity without a refund. Misconduct includes but is not limited to:
Offensive or inappropriate behavior
Possession of weapons
Excessive noise or disruption
Prohibited Items:
Smoking of any kind (cigarettes, cigars, pipes, vape, etc)
pets are strictly prohibited in all activity areas and boats.
