Infant = Infants up to 2.99yrs (under 3yrs old) are free of charge. However, they must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Child = from 3yrs up to 11.99yrs (under 12yrs old).

Booking requests must be submitted a minimum of 48 hours in advance
Once booked, all sales require a minimum 48hr cancellation notice, otherwise, the booking will be non-refundable
Cancellation notices given with at least 48 hours ahead of the trip date and time will receive a full refund less a 6% processing fee

What if I am late? | This is a shared tour, therefore, to be sure the rest of the ticketed passengers get the full experience, the boat will depart on time without waiting. We recommend you arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior, no refunds will be given if you miss the boat. |
What is the cancellation policy | Cancellation notice given a minimum of 48hrs before the tour start time will be fully refunded less a 6% processing fee. "No-Shows", missing the boat due to any reason including traffic or construction, or cancellation notices given with less than 48hr notice are non-refundable. |
