Is there a tour guide on board?

Yes, an in person guide will be with you.

Are pregnant women allowed on the speed boat tour?

As sea conditions are ever so unpredictable, we do not permit women at any stage of pregnancy on board for safety. Same safety requirements apply to people with back issues, and other medical-related conditions that can be worsen by sudden boat movements and sea motion. All guests are required to wear life vests (provided)

Is this a private speed boat?

No, this will be a shared yacht experience with other guests joining you on board.

Will there be an assigned space for us?

Seating arrangement is based on a first come, first serve basis. But, as our boats are open, rest assured that you will get a 360-degree view of all the attractions on any seat you choose.

Can I bring in food and drinks?

No, but food and beverages will be served on board as part of the purchased tour. The BBQ will include meat, chicken and vegetarian options with side salad dishes and bread.

Can we bring our own alcohol?

No, alcohol is strictly prohibited on board.

Is swimming allowed?

No, for safety reasons and to keep schedule, swimming or going overboard for any reason is not allowed. If you are wanting to swim, try our Super-Yacht tours.

Are babies allowed on board?

No, for safety, infants up to 5yrs are not permitted on board the speed boats. You may opt to take the yacht cruise or house boat. All guests are required to wear life vests (provided)

Is there a dress code?

No, wear what you are comfortable wearing, we suggest shorts & T-shirt and slippers. However if you want those instagram photos dress as you desire!

Will I get wet on this trip?

Depending on the sea conditions, you may expect few sprinkles and splashes whilst on the tour. On normal sea conditions, all guests stay dry on board. In the event of winds and choppy seas, you will be advised accordingly by your Captain prior boarding.

Will there be options to stop the cruise for pictures?

The Captain will allow you to take pictures and entertain your requests without having to compromise on the cruise schedule.

What time should we arrive on the day of the cruise?

Please arrive 20-30 min prior to your charter and make the operations team aware when you arrive.

What if I am late?

This is a shared tour, therefore, to be sure the rest of the ticketed passengers get the full experience, the boat will depart on time without waiting. We recommend you arrive at least 20-30 minutes prior, no refunds will be given if you miss the boat.

What is the cancellation policy

Cancellation notice given a minimum of 48hrs before the tour start time will be fully refunded less a 6% processing fee. "No-Shows", missing the boat due to any reason including traffic or construction, or cancellation notices given with less than 48hr notice are non-refundable.
